The Fine Print:
Expires 90 days after purchase. Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts. Booking required by phone or email, contact 02 5564 111 or [email protected]. Prior booking (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. 12-hour cancellation policy. Cat sedation, if required, will increase the voucher value by AED 150. Small dogs are less than 10kg, medium dogs are 11kg-20kg, large dogs are 21kg or heavier. Medical bathing can be added and starts at AED 30 for small dogs, payable directly to merchant. If the pet is not picked up by the closing time, a boarding charge will be issued at AED 20 per hour. For any matted hair, if brushing is not possible, a surcharge of AED 50 per hour will apply. All vaccinations to be done before grooming. Valid for a vaccination up to the value of AED 145. If the vet notices anything extra that needs to be done during the consultation, the client will be notified and will be responsible for any additional costs. Walk-in service is available at a surcharge of AED 100. The person bringing the pet for the grooming will be in charge for the haircut style and will be responsible until the pet is picked up. If the grooming is deemed unsatisfactory, the person picking up the pet will have to notify the staff before the pet leaves. If any change is possible, an appointment will be scheduled within the next 2 working days of the initial grooming. AED 50 surcharge for drop-off and AED 50 surcharge for pick-up anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Valid on option purchased only. Printed voucher must be presented. See the rules that apply to all deals.
