This May, the Capital’s favourite venue will open its doors for 30 nights of after dark a la carte brunches. Every day, after the sun sets over the city, revellers will be in for a distinctive treat. The vibrant Asia De Cuba will line up its tables with a four-course menu, full of signature Asia De Cuba favourites, all accompanied by free-flowing beverages. Highlights from the menu will include delicious numbers such as the crispy and mouth-watering Wagyu spring rolls loaded with veggies and a house rocoto sweet and sour sauce. Other captivating flavour-bombs to expect are the spicy Thai coconut curry, flaunting fresh gai choy, sofrito and Thai chilli and the lacquered confit duck leg, garnished with Chinese greens, shitake and soy. Options for meat lovers are always a winner at Asia De Cuba, guests can delight in the braised short rib of beef, featured with kangkong, carrots and chimichurri. End the meal with a dessert to match. Highlights from the desserts course include: dark chocolate mousse and the carrot cake garnished with yuzu and caramelized walnuts.
