• 28-day pack contains: 28 daytime tea bags and 14 bedtime tea bags

Daytime Tea

• Contains caffeine and other natural stimulants
• Should be taken every morning upon rising
• Pour a cup of near boiling water over one daytime tea bag and leave it to infuse for 3-5 minutes before drinking

Bedtime Tea

• Tea bags do not contain caffeine
• This blend will most likely induce a laxative effect; the effect of the laxative is usually induced 8 hours after consumption
• If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting or prolonged diarrhoea occur, desist use and consult a GP
• To be taken every second night before bed (starting from day 1)
• In case of specific health requirements or history, this drink should be taken only as professionally prescribed (by a healthcare practitioner)
• Pour a cup of near boiling water over one bedtime tea bag and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes
