The Experience

In Batumi, holidaymakers will have a chance to see the famous Piazza Square with its elegant buildings and various cafes, as well as the iconic statue of Ali and Nino commemorating a love story. Then, the journey continues to the Turkish city of Trabzon and Uzungöl where travellers can immerse themselves in the scenic landscapes of lakes and forests.

The experience is complemented with four star accommodation at conveniently located hotels. Located atop the Batumi Hill, the four star Hotel Sputnik boasts panoramic views of the city, on-site swimming pool, and a restaurant serving traditional food. The Trabzon-based Panagia Hotel entices guests with four star facilities, on-site pool, and quick access to the city centre.

The Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival in Batumi and transfer to the hotel; leisure time for the rest of the day
• Day 2: Batumi city tour: see the city’s landmarks such as Piazza Square, Ottoman Mosque, and the statue of Ali and Nino and take a ride with a cable car
• Day 3: Enjoy leisure time to discover the city or opt for an additional tour
• Day 4: Continue the journey to Trabzon, Turkey soak up the scenic landscapes en route
• Day 5: Head to Uzungöl, a region boasting a scenic lake and green forests, and visit a famous sürmene knife store; enjoy the Black Sea tea tasting and take a break on a wooden bridge
• Day 6: Full day shopping tour
• Day 7: Transfer to the airport for the flight back
