AED 600 surcharge for pick-up outside Dubai per vehicle. 6 people max per vehicle. Please provide the mobile phone number, name, age, weight, hotel name and telephone number, room number and email address. Reservation confirmation will be sent via email along with the booking confirmation number. Cancellations must be made via email, please contact booking@hotairballoonllc.com. Subject to technical and weather conditions. If the flight is cancelled by the provider, the customer will be allowed to reschedule. Those weighing more than 120kg will be charged double. Guns, lighters, professional zoom cameras, luggage bags, alcohol and knives are prohibited. Passengers may carry mobile phones, handbags and water bottles, but it will be their responsibility. Must be aged 5-70. Not suitable for pregnant women after the third month of pregnancy. Not suitable for those with serious heart problems, serious knee or back pain, and those who have undergone a major surgery within the past 6 months. Not suitable for those suffering from height phobia. Not suitable for those with mental or emotional disabilities and those with physical impairments. Must sign waiver. Groupon prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Bookings on weekends require an additional surcharge of AED 70 per person. All customers will get a professionally edited video of their flight on account of the weekend. Valid on option purchased only. Printed voucher must be presented.
