The Fine Print:
Valid 1 Jun – 30 Sep 2017. Limit 2 per person. Booking required by phone or email, contact +971 4 208 1455 or tours@daw.ae. Passengers are required to bring photo ID or passport to the check-in area. A valid contact telephone number will also be required. Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance incur surcharge of 50% of booking value. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur surcharge of 100% of booking value. Present printed Groupon on arrival. Only children of 4 years and over are allowed on board the aircraft. Should the client be 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically able to fly. Must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled time. HeliDubai bears no responsibility for customers who arrive late for their tour. Late arrival may result in loss of appointment, no refund will be offered. In case of a late arrival or a no-show HeliDubai reserves the right to release the flight to another customer 15 minutes before the scheduled time unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours. Merchant has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe or may cause discomfort to passengers or crew. All sharing basis prices are based on the Helicopter AS350 B3 (with the maximum capacity of 5 passengers). The Private Basis tours have a maximum capacity of 5 passengers too. Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations. Any footage taken may not be used for commercial purposes and personal cameras must be limited to lenses less than 400mm. Flight routes and duration are subject to change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or other unexpected factors beyond our reasonable control like weather and visibility conditions. In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of merchant’s reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice without any charges being applied to the client and can be rescheduled as per the client’s specifications and availability.
