The Fine Print:
Expires 31 Mar 2018. Limit 1 per 1 or up to 5 people. Booking required by phone or email, contact +971 4 208 1455 or tours@daw.ae. Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. Passengers are required to bring photo ID or passport to the check-in area. A valid contact telephone number will be required. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance incur a surcharge of 50% of the booking value. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur surcharge of 100% of the booking value. Must be 4 or older. Should the client be in the seventh or later month of pregnancy, a valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically able to fly. Must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled time. Arriving late may result in loss of appointment, no refund will be offered. In case of a late arrival or no-show merchant reserves the right to release the flight to another customer 15 minutes before the scheduled time unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours. Merchant has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe or may cause discomfort to passengers or crew. Helicopter AS350 B3 can accommodate up to 5 passengers. Any footage taken may not be used for commercial purposes and personal cameras must be limited to lenses less than 400mm. Flight routes and duration are subject to change. In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of merchant’s reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice without any charges being applied to the client, and can be rescheduled as per the client’s specifications and availability.
