What is electrical muscle stimulation?

The wearable EMS equipment features ten pairs of electrodes and a frequency controller. The equipment is made from a breathable material, allowing the user the freedom to exercise during the treatment. The electrodes cover specific muscle areas, which emit a controlled current with the aim of improving the appearance of firmness.

What happens at sessions?

The client will wear the EMS equipment for the 20-minute duration of a private fitness session.
