The Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrive in Yerevan, meet in the airport and transfer to a hotel. During your free time, travellers can visit local wine shops, which are very popular; taste the local barbeque and dolma in different taverns of the city, at the same time enjoy the cheerful atmosphere and the high mood of the locals. Overnight in Yerevan (no meals).

Day 2:
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at leisure, customers can explore the country on their own or chose one of our amazing optional tours. Customers can liaise with our representative on this. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 3:
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the whole year-round resort town of Tsaghkadzor. Here holidaymakers can enjoy riding Quadracycles, then use the ropeway to get to the mountain and enjoy the magnificent panorama all around. Afterwards, visitors will have a short walk along the azure Lake Sevan. Lake Sevan has a unique combination of great size, high mountain location, and comparatively ‘‘soft water’’. Lake Sevan is one of the greatest freshwater high-mountain lakes of Eurasia. It is located at about 2000 meters above the sea level. Customers will then explore the summer residence of the Favourite Armenian King Ashot the Iron (Ashot Erkat) – Sevanavank Monastery (9th century). Drive to Armenia – Georgia border through the picturesque Dilijan enjoying the 19th-century appearance of the town. This wonderfully forested region is rich in mineral waters. Some of them are compared with Wichi in France and Davos in Switzerland. Dilijan is ‘‘the Switzerland of Armenia.’’ After fulfilling border formalities, travellers will have a tour in the ancient capital of Georgia – Mtskheta and visit its historical places: Jvari Monastery (6th century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century) – both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 4:
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at leisure, you can explore the country on your own or chose one of our amazing optional tours. Customers can liaise with our representative on this. Overnight in Tblisi.

Day 5:
Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. The adventure is over as visitors will be transferred to the airport for the flight back home.
