Dog Policy Terms & Conditions: No pets other than dogs are permitted (max. 2 dogs per room) and must comply with local legislation & restriction requirements. Guests are responsible for bringing their own dog carrier (cage/crate). All dogs must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest and must never be left unattended. Dog owners will be required to sign a waiver upon check-in and leave a refundable security deposit of AED 500 to cover any damages that may be caused by your dog(s). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s) at the resort (200 AED fine applies). All dogs must be kept leashed when in the resort or on resort property unless it is in the guest’s room or dog friendly area. Dogs weighing 10kg and above must be kept leashed at all times. No dogs are permitted in the main lobby at anytime, including check-in and check-out. Dogs are not allowed at any of the food and beverage outlets, including pool areas. Dogs must stay on the floor (and not sit on beds chairs or tables). Any disturbances (such as barking) must be curtailed by the owners to ensure other guest are not inconvenienced. The Resort reserves the right to ask you to leave, if your dog is disturbing other guests. Guests are responsible for all liability and damage suffered as a result of their dog(s). Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of guest’s pet. The beach resort housekeepers will not clean a room with a dog present, even if they are in a dog carrier (cage/crate). It is suggested the guests contact the front desk to inform them when they will be out if they require service to their room. The front desk will relay that information to the housekeeping department.
