Clients will be able to take part in a selection of three or ten fitness sessions over the course of a month. Bootcamp fitness sessions aim to work on endurance, athleticism and various other areas of personal fitness through a selection of different exercises. Additionally, ab exercises focus on toning stomach muscles and the waist area. Each session lasts around 60 minutes.

• South Ridge Park, Business Bay: Mon and Wed, 7pm-8pm, Fri and Sat, 8.30am-9.30am.
• Zaabeel Park: Mon and Wed, 6.15am-7.15am.
• Train strength & Fitness, Al Quoz: Saturdays at 8:30am.
