Be advised not to come late, as the maximum time the boat can wait for a guest is 30 minutes. In case the boat sets off, you will not receive the refund;
Weather conditions may influence the trip. If the trip will not be possible due to high waves, strong wind or other weather conditions, customers will be refunded;
Coast guards might refuse guests who are being wanted or have a travel ban to take part in the activities. In such cases, the customer will not be refunded;
Cancellation later than 24 hours before the beginning of the trip is not refunded;
Guests must show ID (Iqama Number or Border number for tourists).
