This is a class combining the fluidity of vinyasa yoga. Focusing on strengthening the core and sculpting the upper and lower body while combining challenging body weight endurance movements and high-intensity interval training, with slow mindful movement and longer holds. The class will help the students gain strength, flexibility, and stamina to improve their performance in other sports. The yoga sequences, poses are used in an all round cross training format to create optimal functional movement. All levels are welcome.
