The Deal

Guests can work out to keep fit and learn self defense at the same time with these hour-long karate classes. Every session starts with warming up exercises which helps to increase heart-rate and energy levels as well as essential muscular stretching needed to perform karate techniques without getting hurt. The sport also includes many cardio and yogic exercises for a comprehensive work out. Kids can attend sessions seven days a week, while adult sessions run from Sunday to Wednesday.

• AED 79 for one-month karate class membership for one child (5 – 15 years old)
• AED 99 for one-month karate class membership for one adult (16 years and above)
