How it works:

1. Check your mailbox for a confirmation e-mail and, shortly thereafter, an email with your voucher copy.
2. Email the merchant at capitalparts@hotmail.com with your following details: name, complete delivery address (P.O. Box addresses not accepted), mobile number, your voucher (as an attachment) and Name On the Bangle (Please type in language to be used on the bangle – maximum 8 characters)
3. Once you have sent all requirements via email, merchant will reply within 1-2 working days to confirm your orders. Please allow 10 working days from this point to receive your item.
4. When your order has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with your tracking details so you can follow up with the courier.
