. Curriculum & Training Information ‍♀️
All evaluations and training sessions are conducted on a 1:1 basis to ensure personalized attention and effective skill development.
Session Duration
• For children aged 6 months to 3 years, session duration will not exceed 30 minutes. • Junior, teen, and adult sessions may range from 30 minutes to 1 hour more or less, depending on the swimmer’s ability and progress.
Session Log
After each session is completed, a log message will be sent indicating the duration of the session and the time spent.
Schedule
• Training sessions: Conducted during working days. • Swimming evaluations: Available on Fridays or Saturdays. • Every Thursday, the schedule for the following week will be confirmed with participants.
Evaluation Process Participants will arrive at the location and be welcomed by the team. After an introduction and a tour of the facility, swimmers will proceed to the changing area to prepare for the session and complete the admission form.
The evaluation will then take place in the water and will last approximately 30 minutes. After the session, a debrief discussion will be conducted to explain the swimmer’s level and recommended training path according to the PADI Swim School curriculum plan.
Training Program
• Training packages start from a minimum of 10 sessions. • Each program is tailored to the swimmer’s individual ability, goals, and performance level to ensure steady progress and confidence in the water.
Training Curriculum:
Our swimming programs follow internationally recognized teaching standards and are structured according to age and skill level.
PADI Tots School
• Designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years. • Focuses on water familiarity, comfort in the water, and early aquatic development.
PADI Swim School
• Designed for swimmers aged 3 years and above. • Covers progressive swimming skills, water safety, and confidence-building in the water.
PADI Stroke School
• Designed for swimmers who already know basic swimming styles and want to improve technique, achieve performance goals, or prepare to participate in competitions or tournaments.
