Professional Handyman Service at your doorstep (up to 2 hours)

Did you just move in to a new house? 

• We will help make it YOUR HOME in no time! Our professional handyman will hang your personal pictures, frames, clocks and any other “in-animate” object that needs hanging. We will put up your curtains too!
• Our technician can also help install your white goods correctly, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Are you struggling to re-lamp fused bulbs within in those “hard-to-reach” light fittings on the ceiling? 

• No stress – we can replace these without breaking a sweat! 

We also do minor repairs to furniture & fixtures, paint touch-ups etc.

Please review the below terms of service carefully –

1. All discounted prices are for the first 2 hours of labor (service) only and do not include replacement of spares, consumables or any materials. Any additional time above 120 minutes, will be charged @AED 99/hour and must be paid in CASH only at site, at the time of the visit. 

2. Clients have the option of either providing us with spares / consumables that may be required or we can also procure these at a cost if requested. 

3. Service is limited to Dubai only and can be scheduled between 09.30 AM to 4.30 PM, Saturday to Thursday – Our team works hard and deserves their day off on Friday 🙂

4. Upon purchase of the Groupon Voucher, Clients should email a copy of the same to service@paramountheights.com along with your Full Name, Mobile Number, Complete Physical Address where service is required and your preferred date & time for the visit (which we will try and accommodate, subject to availability).

5. Upon receipt of your email, our team will connect with you via email / phone / WhatsApp to schedule and confirm the visit. 

6. While our technicians can provide basic documents like Company Trade License Copy and their Emirates ID, they are not equipped to complete access requests and work permit forms. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure Community / Building Security provides access to our team to visit your residence / office. 

7. If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time or the team is refused access to the site upon arrival, the Groupon will be deemed forfeited. However, in case of any genuine emergency, we may at our discretion allow the client to re-schedule the visit within the 24 hour period. 

8. While you can club two Groupon Vouchers to extend service (from 2 hours to 4 hours) in a single visit, it is not possible to split a single voucher across two visits – you cannot for instance request 2 x 1 hour service visits for a single voucher.
