The Experience

The adventure begins with a stroll through the renovated central district of Beirut and continues with the sightseeing of Sidon, another famous Phoenician city. The Itinerary

  Day 1: 29 Nov 2018 – Thursday

Arrive at Sharjah airport on the late evening to get ready for a morning departure.

Day 2: 30 Nov 2018 – Friday

After the depart at 2.45am, holidaymakers land at the Beirut airport by 5.10am and board a shuttle to reach the hotel and check in directly. After breakfast travelers will have a chance to take a stroll through the renovated central district where they can contemplate the archaeological Phoenician sites, Roman baths, churches and mosques of historical value, the Martyrs’ Square, the famous Rocks of Rawché and the National Museum. The tour continues with a departure to Sidon – another famous Phoenician city – where visitors can see the Sea Castle built by the Crusaders in the thirteenth century and enjoy the old traditional markets, the caravanserais, the Museum of Arabic soap, and hammams.

Day 3: 1 Dec 2018 – Saturday

On Saturday travelers can discover Beirut on their own or take part in the optional tour (available at additional cost) that includes climbing up in the cable car to visit the statue of Our Lady of Lebanon in Harissa and contemplating a view of the bay of Jounieh. The tour will proceed to the Jeita Grottoes which have formed over millions of years.

Day 4: 2 Dec 2018 – Sunday

After the breakfast and the check-out formalities, there will be some more time to enjoy Beirut before heading to the airport for return flight.
