Kids between 5–17 years of age can take advantage of two or four CrossFit classes designed to help them blow off some steam in an active way
- What’s included: two or four CrossFit classes
- Kids classes (5–10 years) available: Monday 4.15 p.m.–5 p.m. | Saturday 12.15 p.m.–1 p.m.
- Teens and pre-teens classes (11–17 years) available: Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4 p.m–5 p.m. | Saturday 11 a.m.–midday
